Ruth is an award-winning product leader who specialises in digital transformation. She is passionate about using data-driven insights and the science of human behaviour to create products that empower customers and make a positive impact. Before working for VBD she enjoyed working in the sustainability and social care sectors.

When not at work, you’ll find her cooking for friends and family, gardening and swimming, ideally outside if it’s not too cold.
