Jade Murphy

Jade finished sixth form at Spalding Grammar School and began her working career as front of house in a hotel, before having her daughter in 2014. Following maternity leave, she started as a customer service and cash office manager for B&M Stores; she was the youngest ever manager in the area.

Two years later, she started a role on the motorcycle team at Bauer Media – and this is where her career and passion for advertising started. From there, Jade joined VBD in 2017 as a member of the recruitment team. A short stint working for a local newspaper followed in 2019, before she returned to VBD in 2020, again as part of the recruitment team.

In her spare time, Jade can be found either studying for her business and marketing degree, at the gym, or traipsing around National Trust parks with her family.

Role at VBD

Jade moved from recruitment services to join the digital marketing team, which now sees her involved in all aspects of digital marketing, including promoting events, running social media activities for clients, and writing and designing email campaigns.
