Digital Product Manager
Chris started his career from school as a ski instructor teaching all ages, abilities and nationalities around the world. With a strong passion for travel and customer experience he joined Thomas Cook in 2014 at the head office in Peterborough.
Chris joined Thomas Cook as a product manager where he spent three years looking after all things Cyprus, including brochure and web content, hotel quality and yield analytics. Following his passion for the customer, he joined the Thomas Cook customer experience team to improve the journey for all customers throughout their whole experience. Chris was involved in a wide array of new product launches and NPS improvements throughout the business. Notable improvements were a 15 point NPS improvement and 10% complaint reduction for Lapland experiences and the implementation of instant wedding date confirmation for Cyprus weddings leading to an increased NPS of 11 points and 19% increase in sales YOY. In July 2019 Chris joined VBD as Digital Product Manager to oversee all digital products looking at the user and customer experience.
Role at VBD
Chris is focused on our digital portfolio, creating a seamless customer and user experience for all. He is a key stakeholder for all digital products before they go to market to make sure all aspects of the customers journey have been considered.
Chris’ latest projects mean he has been instrumental in the launch of Locum Vet Finder, and the revitalisation of Vet Times CPD and the VBD website. Chris will continue to develop new digital ideas and bring them to market.
