Jo started out with VBD as client services dministrator in 1993, which included a wide variety of tasks including database updating, general administration and data entry. As Veterinary Times grew, she became production administrator, “which, back in the ‘old days’, meant cutting out adverts from back issues to show the printer on the flatplan”. In her varied career with VBD, Jo has also been Vetfile product manager, sales and marketing manager and commercial director, before she took up her current role in May 2010.
